Zandalari Skinning

Permanently enchants gloves to increase the speed of skinning on Kul Tiras and Zandalar.

As with the Legion one, whoever thinks it BS that instances don't count when using it? Just checked Atal'Dazar mobs and the speed don't work. Have to use Darkmoon Firewater in there and other places.

Seems as though BFA skinning has built in [item=139895]
It is rare but you can collect meat from the corpses you skin in BFA same as it worked in legion except it seems to be built in with no pre-reqs
With that said, seeing as it is built in and no rank system I do not believe there is a way to increase the yield rate/amount.
