How it works
Power Burn is built from 3 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Power Burn (effect type 62). Its base value is 2.2542. It scales with 1 times spell power. Its area radius is 5 yards.
- Effect 2 is Power Burn (effect type 62). Its base value is 10. Its area radius is 5 yards.
- Effect 3 is Instakill (effect type 1).
What it does
Power Burn is a Shadow spell with a 2.5 sec cast and a range of 10 yards. When cast it burns a resource on the target (base value 2.2542) in a 5 yard radius, burns a resource on the target (base value 10) in a 5 yard radius and kills the target outright.
