Guided by the dark whispers of Malacrass, Zul'jan has freed the forgotten broods of Ula'tek from their prison. As the monster's power grows, Zul'jarra calls upon the Champions of Azeroth to descend into the Vaults of Atal'Utek to stop her brother before the weapon is unleashed upon Azeroth.
- Nek'zali the Soulcoiler drops 2 pieces of this set (Chest, Wrist). Adventure Guide map pin: 50.3, 50.2 on the The Venomous Abyss map. Long ago, the shadow hunter Nek'zali and her followers were entombed for the blasphemous act of summoning Ula'tek. Restored by the very power she unleashed, she calls the other Soulcoilers from their tombs to serve her once more.
- The Coiled Altar drops 1 piece of this set (Waist). Adventure Guide map pin: 50.1, 77.2 on the The Venomous Abyss map. The spirit of Malacrass will not release his grip on Zul'jan so easily. At the Coiled Altar, the shaman commands the warrior to enact the final ritual to unleash Ula'tek on the Amani--for revenge, and to gain their promised reward.
- Ula'tek drops 1 piece of this set (Head). Adventure Guide map pin: 50.1, 26.4 on the The Venomous Abyss map. The great shame of the Amani empire. The vast complex of Altal'Utek was created to imprison the weapon that proved to be as much of a threat as the enemy she was intended to destroy. Ula'tek has risen from her ancient slumber and threatens all of Azeroth if she should escape.

- 2 pieces (Balance): Starsurge damage increased by 20%. Starfall also deals Astral damage instantly to all valid enemies in range when cast.
- 2 pieces (Guardian): Thrash has a 20% chance to make your next Mangle deal 100% increased damage.
- 2 pieces (Restoration): Rejuvenation has a 15% chance to grant Genesis, causing all your heal over time effects to heal for 15% more for 8 sec. Multiple applications may overlap.
- 4 pieces (Balance): Your damage is increased by 10% while in any Eclipse. This bonus wanes to 2% at the midpoint of the Eclipse, then waxes back to 10% at the end.
- 4 pieces (Feral): Incarnation: Avatar of Ashamane lasts 10 sec longer.
- 4 pieces (Guardian): Thrash calls up 3 thorns, each impaling a target for Nature damage and dealing additional Nature damage to up to 5 nearby enemies, and extends the duration of Incarnation: Guardian of Ursoc by 0.5.1 sec, up to 5.1 sec.
- 4 pieces (Restoration): Nature's Swiftness, Tranquility, and Incarnation: Tree of Life have a 100% chance to grant Genesis, and Genesis duration is increased by 8 sec.
