Head	Horns of the Silver Hoarder	Trading Post
Shoulder	Shoulderguards of the Silver Hoarder	Trading Post
Waist	Sash of the Silver Hoarder	Trading Post

Source is the collection journal’s own source for each appearance, read from the current retail build; bosses, quests, recipes, prices and requirements come from the game’s item, journal and quest records.

What This Set Covers

This is a partial outfit - it fills 3 armor slots, so a full look needs 5 more slots from elsewhere. Every piece is Bind on Pickup, so the appearances have to be earned rather than bought.

Pieces: 3
Slots covered: Head, Shoulder, Waist
Binding: Bind on Pickup (3)
Expansion: Dragonflight

Slot and binding read from the current retail build’s item records for this set’s own pieces.

The Ensemble

Scales of the Silver Hoarder is a single item whose use effect learns all of Scales of the Silver Hoarder at once. It is Bind on Pickup. The Trading Post lists it for 450 Trader’s Tender under Transmog Sets.

Forged by an unknown chronosmith at an unknown period in time.

Look-Alike Sets

1 other set reuses the 3D models of Scales of the Silver Hoarder’s head, shoulder and waist, most shared models first:

Scales of the Gold Hoarder (Dragonflight, 3 pieces): the same head, shoulder and waist models, recoloured.

Matched in the game files: each piece’s ItemDisplayInfo names its 3D model and texture. The same model with another texture is a recolour. Only pieces with a 3D model of their own (helms, shoulders, cloaks, weapons, shields, off-hands and some belts and robes) can be compared this way; pieces drawn from textures alone are left out.
