What This Set Covers

This is a complete head-to-toe outfit - it fills 9 armor slots, so it can be worn as a full look with nothing borrowed from another set. Every piece is Bind on Pickup, so the appearances have to be earned rather than bought.

Pieces: 9
Slots covered: Head, Shoulder, Back, Chest, Wrist, Hands, Waist, Legs, Feet
Binding: Bind on Pickup (9)
Expansion: Midnight
Set type: Campaign

Slot and binding read from the current retail build’s item records for this set’s own pieces.

Versions and Companion Sets

The game links 2 other versions to Voidbreaker's Threads, each labelled the way the collection journal labels it. This page is the Campaign version.

Black Response Team's Cloth Armor - 9 pieces - Priest, Mage, Warlock

3 companion sets shipped in the Voidbreaker's Attire group alongside it:

Campaign Voidbreaker's Leathers - 9 pieces - Rogue, Monk, Druid, Demon Hunter
Campaign Voidbreaker's Chainmail - 9 pieces - Hunter, Shaman, Evoker
Campaign Voidbreaker's Bastion - 9 pieces - Warrior, Paladin, Death Knight

Look-Alike Sets

1 other set reuses the 3D models of Voidbreaker's Threads’s head, shoulder, waist, legs, hands and chest, most shared models first:

Galactic Warmonger's Silk Armor (Midnight, 9 pieces): the same head, shoulder, waist, legs, hands and chest models, recoloured.

Matched in the game files: each piece’s ItemDisplayInfo names its 3D model and texture. The same model with another texture is a recolour. Only pieces with a 3D model of their own (helms, shoulders, cloaks, weapons, shields, off-hands and some belts and robes) can be compared this way; pieces drawn from textures alone are left out.
