What This Set Covers

This is a complete head-to-toe outfit - it fills 8 armor slots, so it can be worn as a full look with nothing borrowed from another set. Every piece is Bind on Pickup, so the appearances have to be earned rather than bought.

Pieces: 8
Slots covered: Head, Shoulder, Back, Chest, Hands, Waist, Legs, Feet
Binding: Bind on Pickup (8)
Expansion: Dragonflight

Slot and binding read from the current retail build’s item records for this set’s own pieces.

The Ensemble

Ensemble: Waveborne Diplomat's Regalia is a single item whose use effect learns all of Waveborne Diplomat's Regalia at once. It is Bind on Pickup.

Looking fancy is half the work of a diplomat, especially at sea.
