How it works
Mind Flay is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 3. Its base value is 2500 per tick. It scales with 0.1 times spell power. It ticks every 1 sec, 6 times over the full 6 sec (15000 base in total).
- Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 33. Its base value is -50.
What it does
Mind Flay is a Shadow spell with an instant cast, a range of 45 yards and effects that last 6 sec. When cast it applies an aura every 1 sec and applies an aura. The client files the whole spell under the snared mechanic.
