How it works

Mind Flay is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 3. Its base value is 11.8952 per tick. It scales with 0.1 times spell power. It ticks every 1 sec, 6 times over the full 6 sec (71.37 base in total).
  2. Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 33. Its base value is -50.

What it does

Mind Flay is a Shadow spell with an instant cast, a range of 45 yards and effects that last 6 sec. When cast it applies an aura every 1 sec and applies an aura. The client files the whole spell under the snared mechanic.

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the current retail game build. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
