How do you get to Orgrimmar from the night elf starting area?
Short answer: you cannot fly there, and no amount of looking for the right flight master will change that. Here is what actually works.
Why there is no flight path
Two things are both true in Forever, and together they close the door. Flight masters are faction locked, so a night elf cannot board a wyvern at a Horde node. And the Alliance flight network in Kalimdor simply does not run into Durotar. We ran the route graph from Rut'theran Village to Orgrimmar restricted to Alliance usable nodes and it returns nothing at all.

The route that works
- Take the boat from Rut'theran Village to Auberdine. It is the dock below Darnassus, and the trip is free. This is the only way off Teldrassil.
- Run south out of Darkshore into Ashenvale. Ashenvale is contested, so Horde players can attack you on a PvP realm from here on.
- Keep south through the Barrens. This is the dangerous stretch at low level. The Barrens is Horde territory in practice, and Crossroads has guards.
- Cross into Durotar and follow the road north to Orgrimmar. The gates are guarded by high level NPCs that will kill a low level character on sight.

Be honest about why you are going
Orgrimmar is a Horde capital. As a night elf you are not going there to use the auction house, you are going for the run itself, an exploration achievement, or to meet someone. Expect to die at the gates. If you only want to reach Kalimdor's Alliance side, Auberdine is already there and the flight network opens up from it.
