Different from PTR testing, players are reporting they only got the reputation rewards for the first kill of any of these Cartel Rares in the first week, and then never again for the others. I, at least, got the rep rewards once per day when I only killed one I haven't gotten the rep from before (since they still have their weekly lockout). I'm unsure if switching to other characters will help to circumvent this weird lockout.
