I find it doubtful that this is truly the meta-achievement for the whole TWW expansion as this achievement is comparably as large as I'm On Island Time to A Farewell to Arms.

But it would be a cool shift for them to release a main Meta-achievement in S1 so you can do this, max your reps, do the raids as they're released, do the expansion features (in this case delves), and you're ready for meta's in S2, S3, and S4 to drop to be ahead of the game for when the Xpac Meta-Meta to drop before the next Xpac.

I always wondered why they didn't drop some of the preliminaries before S4 in SL and DF.
