This achievement will be awarded to whoever manages to kill Xavius on heroic mode (or mythic) before the release of the next tier.
Nighthold will be considered on the same tier as Emerald Nightmare, so it's likely you will be able to get this Feat even after the Nighthold is released (something similar happened with Highmaul and Blackrock Foundry in WoD).There are no mounts or titles associated with this achievement, but it will allow you to join pugs!
EDIT: This will become unavailable when the Nighthold comes out, but Helya can still be killed for her Feat of Strength before the Tomb of Sargeras opens.

Defeat Xavius in the Emerald Nightmare on Heroic difficulty or higher, before the opening of the Nighthold.
