Allied Races: Mechagnome

If you finished The Mechagonian Threat as Horde and you haven't touched Mechagon with your alliance character, all you need to do is finish The Legend of Mechagon questline. The last part is to pick the option to skip doing a dungeon. And in the end, you get to Allied Race unlock quest Urgent Care from Prince Erazmin.

As of Shadowlands being live (check the date of this post), If you are Horde, I don't even know what to say except: do not waste your time with any of the requirements on a Horde character. I thought I could knock out a bunch of it on a Horde character and just switch over to Alliance and complete a scenario. NO. Doesn't work like that. This is not anywhere near the same as the requirements for other allied races where if you get the Horde equivalent then you can just do a scenario for the Alliance side race. There are plenty of other posts with exact quest lines and specific things you need to do, but here is my advice:

You don't need the rep grind, but you will need a level 50 (as of Shadowlands) Alliance character that you should level through BFA and do the Nazjatar/Mechagon areas because you will have to do them for this. A consideration: make sure you don't out-level the ability to queue for the BFA dungeons because you will need that for the last step of the achievement.

The blue blizz post I saw about requirements either is bugged or something or is just not true (currently?). I ended up completing all of the requirements on Horde, and then again on Alliance because it made me and there was no way around it.

If you're reading this having completed all of the "requirements" as Horde and can't figure out where your scenario is: sorry - you have to do almost everything over again on the Alliance side.

Starting from patch 10.1.5, all restrictions for unlocking Allied Races have been removed, with the exception of a level requirement.
