Working on this achievement right now, although annoying to rep grind, its actually not too bad. I decided to put up a mini-guide here on how I did it, and i believe ive done it the fastest possible way so here goes, just as a note ignore the fact that Wowhead lists some of these quests as depreciated, they are not its just that certain factors such as the rewards have changed, the quest givers and the criteria are still the same. Its worth pointing out im a Level 85 hunter in relevance to the time it has taken me.

I recommend starting with [faction=576]. Estimated completion time from Unfriendly is 1hr 30mins.

NB: Keep all the [item=21377] you loot! Don't hand them in until step 4)

1) Go to Felwood and do the quest [quest=8460] it will reward 180 (+ extra if human or you have guild perk) for each mob killed and 1400 rep on hand in. This should bring you up to Neutral with the Timbermaw, keep killing the same mobs until you hit friendly and will "unlock" the next bit.

2) Go to the very northern part of Felwood where the tunnel is, there are 2 NPC's by the entrance to the tunnel, get the following quests off [npc=15395], Deadwood of the North and Disarming Bears and complete them.

3) Accept the quest Speak to Salfa and go through the tunnel or fly over, do the quests Delivery for Donova and Winterfall Activity, if you pick up some additional beads, round it up to 10 and you can hand those in as well for extra rep.

4) Go back through the tunnel to [npc=15395], and start doing laps of the lake just to the west, killing all the Furbolgs that reside there and looting all the [item=21377], this is faster than the Winterspring bead grind as the mobs are closer together. You will get rep for killing them and the droprate on the feathers is pretty good. Once you hit revered (which you should be very close to by now) you won't get rep from killing them anymore so you can start handing in the Feathers, you get a whopping 2000 (non-human, no perk) rep per hand in, so you will need a maximum 110 Feathers for exalted. Easy. GZ on They Love Me In That Tunnel too btw :)

[faction=970]. Estimated completion time from Unfriendly is 3 hours, provided you have done step 1.

1) Complete Mysteries of the Marsh which will essentially "unlock" the Sporeggar. Not sure if this is necessary, it might be entirely skippable but i already had 50 quests completed in Zangarmarsh, and doing step two gave me this achievement so i think its essentally the last bit of Mysteries of the Marsh and the start of [faction=970]

2) Go and find [npc=17923] in the South West and accept and complete these quests Sporeggar, The Sporelings' Plight, Natural Enemies. The Rep gained from these plus the mob kills should bring you up to Neutral, now just kill a few more mobs or you can hand in extra [item=24291] or [item=24290] to get up to Friendly. Once you hit Friendly [npc=17923] won't give you any more quests :( but not to worry, you can now go to the town of Sporeggar and speak to your new friends!, complete any available quests there until you are left with just [quest=9715] and Now That We're Friends....

3) Go back to Stormwind and search the AH for [item=24246], i managed to get 50 on my server for 1g 50s each. Also ask your friends or guildies if they have any.

4) Now the boring part, head back to Zangarmarsh and go to the Underbog under the Coilfang Reservoir. I did one full run on heroic mode which also gives Cenerion Expedition rep, then did runs of just the first area on normal difficulty (all up to first boss) mass pulling all the mobs, AoE them down, loot the lot then run round picking the [item=24246] up (they have a bright red glow), running out, reseting instance, repeat. The hand in (without guild perks or human rep bonus) gives 750 per 5, so i would say you need about 150 to get all the way to exalted. I did about 10 runs, took about 10 minutes per run, and got roughly 15 plants per run. Flog any extra plants you might of obtained or give them to a guildy and GZ on The Czar of Sporeggar :)

[faction=978]. Estimated completion time from unfriendly is 8 hours.

NB: Keep all the [item=25433] you loot, we will need these later. This is the nasty one out of the three.

1) Go to Nagrand and complete Nagrand Slam this will tick you over to Friendly with Kurenai, and in addition since you are going to need to kill a LOT of ogre's to hit exalted, doing all the quests is a good idea (you can miss out the Nesingwary stuff for now) and it should bring you up to pretty much smack on 1/21000 revered.

2) All around Nagrand there will be Ogre's, personally i found the best place to farm was in the north and you can just head from west to east and back again, to put it simply you need to kill approximately 1200 of these (yes, one thousand two hundred) which should drop you approximately 420 [item=25433], which is what you will need to get through Revered to Exhalted.
