You have to do 3 raids and 12 dungeons to get this title.

Something i've noticed. Since today it's saying I haven't killed Mal'Ganis, even though I have the

• Heroic: Culling of Stratholme
• achievement.

Mal'Ganis was bugged from 3.09 > 3.1.0. Since his health was marked at 1 each time you kill him. I have spoken to a Game Master about this, concerning why I haven't gotten it at all etc. He was very nice. But I was annoyed at the fact I ran it 5 times during that week without result. So I was concerned about it. When 3.1.1 hit I contacted him again, saying I haven't gotten the achievement. A day after 3.1.1 hit I ran H CoT, and got the title. It was a major bug from 3.1 (During the release week of Ulduar etc, Like the trade chat bug) :) So if you are missing Mal'Ganis. Try it now and you shall get your accomplished title and achievement ^^.

Edit - Infinite Corrupter has nothing to do with the achievement. Just provides the drake.
