Level 100+ guide to Guild Glory of the Cataclysm Raider (which unlocks [item=63125] at guild vendors) and Glory of the Cataclysm Raider (which awards [item=62901]):

You can get the guild meta achievement in about 60-90 minutes, with a group of 8 guildies in 10-player mode, or 20 guildies in 25-player mode, while also getting the personal meta achievement for participants. Do all the raids on heroic mode. The 8 or 20 guild member minimum is required because 80% of players of a raid's maximum size must be guild members to get credit for guild raid achievements. Most of the strategies described work for solo achievement-seekers too, but a couple like Stay Chill and Aberrant Behavior may be a little tricky for some level 100s.

[zone=5094], entrance at 26.1,24.6 in Burning Steppes on the outside of Blackrock Mountain, on a terrace about 3/4 of the way up the mountain. From Stormwind, fly northeast.

  1. [npc=41570], Parasite Evening achievement. Just kill him fast.

  2. Omnotron Defense System ([npc=42166], [npc=42178], [npc=42179], [npc=42180]), Achieve-a-tron achievement. Pop all cds and kill fast, and people shouldn't have time to be hit by Static Shock, Poison Bomb, Arcane Annihilator, or Flamethrower.

  3. [npc=41378], Aberrant Behavior achievement. Start fight, don't get boss below 26% and don't kill aberrations. Wait until 12 aberrations spawn (3 at a time), then kill the aberrations within 10 seconds without killing boss, then kill boss. (If soloing and too hard on herioc, run out, change to normal, come back, kill the 12 aberrations within 10 seconds WITHOUT killing boss, run out to reset, change to heroic, go back in, and kill boss.) Macro to count aberration nameplates around you (press "v" to activate nameplates):
    /run local t,c,p="Aberration",0 for i=1,10000 do p=_G["NamePlate"..i] if p and p:IsVisible() then c=c+(select(2,p:GetChildren()):GetRegions():GetText()==t and 1 or 0) end end print(t,":",c)

  4. [npc=41442], Silence is Golden achievement. Just kill fast, before gaining any "sound".

  5. [npc=43296], Full of Sound and Fury achievement. Just kill fast.

  6. [npc=41376], Keeping it in the Family achievement. Jump into pit to engage boss, don't damage Onyxia, run around until you can hit Nefarion, damage Nefarion to around 45% WITHOUT DOTS then kill Onyxia (less damage on Nefarion is ok if you have trouble, but don't get Nefarian below 26%, and make sure to kill Onyxia before she reaches full energy). When Nefarian flies up and lava fills room, climb onto a column and kill the add that spawns on it, then damage Nefarian to between 26% and 49% health if not already done, then wait until lava goes away and WAIT UNTIL NEFARIAN LANDS (important!), then kill him.

[zone=5334], entrance at 34, 78 in Twilight Highlands. Both the entrance and summoning stone are on a platform extremely high up in the sky at this location.

  1. [npc=44600], The Only Escape achievement. Start fight without hurting boss much, free 2 drakes and get them close together, kill them both within 10 seconds of each other, then kill boss.

  2. [npc=45992] & [npc=45993], Double Dragon achievement. Aggro Valiona, she'll cast [spell=86788] (heal if needed), Theralion will cast [spell=86408], stand in a shadow pool to go into shadow realm, target and kill 6 [npc=49864]s as they appear (you can use a "/tar twilight fiend" macro because they're hard to see, or just aoe to kill them), then kill Valiona & Theralion

  3. [npc=43735], Elementary achievement. Everyone stack in center of room, near edge of purple area, try to stay there entire fight, except to aggro mobs. Damage both [npc=43686] & [npc=43687] fairly evenly (when first dies, the other's health is added to last boss), do same with [npc=43688] & [npc=43689] (if you moved, get back in position before killing), wait for stun to wear off and quickly kill [npc=43735] without moving so only one ice pool forms under boss.

  4. [npc=43324], The Abyss Will Gaze Back Into You achievement. Just burn boss fast. If soloing, stay in close melee range (maximum melee range is no good) to avoid [spell=91303] mind control, and don't let your pet taunt him away from you.

  5. [npc=45213] No achievement is needed on Sinestra for the Glory of the Cataclysm Raider meta-achievement or the Guild Glory of the Cataclysm Raider guild meta-achievement, so you can skip Sinestra if you want. The old Sinestra achievement I Can't Hear You Over the Sound of How Awesome I Am can no longer be completed, and is now a feat of strength.

[zone=5638], entrance at 36.3, 84.8 in Uldum, on a platform high in the sky. Someone posted (I didn't confirm) that once you enter 10N, you can't enter 10H, so double check your legacy raid setting before entering.

  1. Conclave of Wind ([npc=45870], [npc=45871], [npc=45872]), Stay Chill achievement. Everyone go to [npc=45871]'s platform, half stand near the wind bridge to [npc=45870], half near the wind bridge to [npc=45872]. Aggro Nezir, but don't damage him. Wait until everyone has 7 stacks. You may want a couple healers this fight. When you get 7 stacks, quickly kill Nezir, then everyone jump to the other two bosses (half on each) and quickly kill them. If you're soloing, check the achievement's comments for other strategies. If anything goes wrong but the bosses aren't all dead, just wait for them to heal up again and start over, or have everyone alive run out the entrance to reset the encounter.

  2. [npc=46753], Four Play achievement. To get to Al'Akir's center platform, click the wind funnel in the middle of any of the outer platforms. Damage boss without using DoTs to 80% to start phase 2. Try to avoid [spell=87856] wind funnels. You can damage boss a little but NOT below 25% (it's easy to damage him too quickly at level 100+ - avoid any DoTs). Wait until an add called [npc=47175] spawns, kill it when it's next to boss, double-check boss got 30-second [spell=87904] debuff (if not await another Stormling), then quickly kill boss. At 25% health, phase 3 starts, you won't be able to attack for a few seconds as the platform shatters, then you finish off boss while flying.

This is a guide to all of the non-heroic parts to this achievement. Many of the heroic encounters are simply too extensive to cover under one guide, so i have left them out.
Simply, the two hardest achievements in this meta are Keeping It In The Family and The Abyss Will Gaze Back Into You. All of the others are moderately easy and should be able to be 1-2 shotted in LFR gear. All of this was done in the 10 player version, so all strategies apply to only 10 man.

Throne of the Four Winds
- I ran this with my guild. It was the easiest of the three instances to complete, and we finished it in just over an hour.
Stay Chill
- This achievement used to be harder than all of the heroics in BoT, BwD, and Throne. However, with the nerf to Gather Strength (the ability which heals them all to full), it is very easy. The achievement requires every player in the raid to have 7 stacks of wind chill, which are obtained on Nezir's platform. A stack is applied every 10 seconds, which gives you 70 seconds of chilling out (bad pun i know) on Nezir's platform before finishing him off. The key to this is making sure that Rohash and Anshal die at the same time. Your DPS should be good enough for just one ultimate before they both die. Wait for the ultimate, and as soon as it ends, kill both Rohash and Anshal. Then have everyone jump to Nezir's platform and DPS him down to 20% or so. DoTs will take it to 15%. As soon as everyone has 7 stacks of wind chill, kill Nezir and you got it. If anyone dies during the encounter wipe it, because it will fail the achievement.
Four Play
- Same encounter as normal. In phase two, wait for 3 adds to spawn before killing any of them. Then gradually kill them. Push phase three making sure that 1-2 adds are alive. DPS Alakir to 5-10% and then kill an add. Once the stack is applied to Alakir, finish him off.

The Bastion of Twilight
- My group finished this off in two weeks, because we failed on the Cho'gall achievement, which is truly difficult. The other three we one-shotted.
The Only Escape
- Very simple. Release two drakes at the same time (make sure that you don't release whelps, they are bad for this achievement). Ideally release the two which reduce damage raid damage/tank damage the most, but Halfus on normal is very very easy damage-wise. DPS both drakes to 1 million health each, and then whittle their healths down. At around 200k, kill them both. Then kill Halfus and you got this achievement. If you have Slate Dragon active, make sure that the tanks switch between the two drakes and Halfus at around 5-7 stacks to minimize damage.
Double Dragon
- This one was also pretty easy. Send a healer and two ranged DPS into the twilight realm using the swirlies in the first transition. (Just stand in them and you will get ported in). Stay close together. The AoE inside of the twilight realm is very very minimal, so you should be able to stay in there for the entire encounter. Very small adds with 79k health will spawn periodically in random places in the twilight realm. Instantly slow and kill them. They will run very fast across the room and then despawn, so you have that time to kill them. Once you kill six, have the people in the twilight realm zone back into the normal realm and kill the bosses.
Elementary
- Easiest achievement. Phase 1 and 2 are normal. In phase three, have everyone spread out, pop lust, and have the tanks tank the Elemental Monstrosity in the center of the room, right where it spawns. It is okay to stand in the puddle if you are melee DPS and ranged should simply back up. The damage from the puddle is insignificant, the real damage comes from the lightning, so make sure you do spread out.
The Abyss Will Gaze Back Into You
- This requires that all people, DPS, healers, and tanks not get hit by three things: Corrupting Crash (little swirly on the ground, move away), Depravity (the add casts it twice, have the tank interupt the first, and then have a ranged DPS get the second one. Around 10-15 seconds in between casts), and the third is from the dead add. Do not stand in his puddle, or get hit by the adds that spawn from it. If anyone is hit by any of these abilities, instantly wipe it, because you will fail even if you get hit by one of them once. In phase 3, keep the boss where he is, and have ranged kill tentacles as they spawn. Make sure lust/warp is popped and just burn down the rest of his health. Adds are #1 priority, and they must be interrupted as well. This is difficult, and should require a few attempts.
Blackwing Descent
- The only difficult achievement in here is Keeping It In the Family, but since this instance is lengthy, saving that one for another day is ideal.
Parasite Evening
- Have a ranged DPS (hunter preferably) stand far from the boss, at max range if possible. The Pillar of Flame (ability that spawns the adds) will spawn on the person furthest from the boss, which should always be this ranged DPS. As soon as it spawns underneath, run away from it. The adds will spawn within 5 seconds of it erupting, so be ready to kill them. As soon as they are all dead, have your ranged DPS go back to the spot and just rinse and repeat until the boss dies.
Achieve-a-tron
- This is only easy if you split it up. Do not attempt to get all of this, it is simply too much. Our group split it up by doing Static Shock and Flamethrower achievements one week, and doing the other two the next week.
Static Shock: Anyone who attacks Electron's shield gets this. Simply take all DPS off of him and pets before the next one becomes active. If you are tanking Electron, do not hit him, just let him hit you.
Flamethrower: Having everyone else move away from the marked person is best for avoiding confusion. Do not stand in between Magmatron and the marked person or you fail the achievement.
Poison Bomb: Simply kill every poison protocol add that comes out. Slow them, kite them, but make sure that they do not hit anyone. If they do hit someone, they will spawn a little puddle of ooze, so you'll know if it does.
Arcane Annihilator: This is the hardest part. Have the tank who is tanking Arcanatron and a melee DPS or paladin/shaman healer stand right next to the boss and alternate interupts. It is a very very fast cast, don't let any of them go off.
Aberrant Behavior
-Do not interupt any adds during the first phases. Let them all out. If you do this correctly, exactly 12 will be out during the first green phase. Stack in the back and AoE them down to win during green phase.
Silence is Golden
- Don't get hit by any sonar pulses. Pop lust and just burn the boss down. Have someone run around the room hitting gongs randomly to reset people's sound. This helps a lot. Generally, every sonar breath is a good time to hit the gongs, or just after a modulation. The boss should die really quick, in one air phase preferably. So just hit those gongs a lot!
Full of Sound and Fury
- Do not let anyone die before phase 2. During phase two, the tank tanking Chimaeron should pop all CDs. The boss should have 2-3 mil left, making this an easy burn. We did this with no deaths actually, which was pretty awesome.
Keeping it in the family
Sadly there is not enough room for this achievement. I have actually posted a guide under the achievement, if you search Keeping It In the Family. It is extensive, as this is the hardest achievement in here.
