Cutting Edge Feats of Strength can only be obtained in their current tier, so players can't go back later with better gear to get it.
SourceI like this change, won't be as bad as losing Realm First FoS back in Wrath due to 25 man limit per kill, even though in 99% of cases much more than 25 people contributed to encounter progression. Still brings something special for Heroic Raiders to brag about and you can earn it for all active raiders on your roster!
Klaxxi Resonance buff only affects health and damage inflicted. It is precisely the same kind as the DS one.
