Presumably the best way to grind this achievement is to disenchant the items you create when you grind the other crafting achievements. Unfortunately, the cheapest way to grind those is often to craft items that cannot be disenchanted (bandages for tailoring, sharpening stones for blacksmithing, etc). With some advance planning, you can possibly save some costs by having another profession achievement feed into this one.
The best option I've found so far is [item=4307] from Tailoring, but I've not done anywhere near a comprehensive survey of the possibilities.

I had this auto completed upong logging after the patch dropped O.o
It is retroactive today, got this on my mage that has had enchanting since vanilla.
