Elusive Beasts of the Dragon Isles

I found the best place to reset the timer of [item=193906] for the achievement within up to 6 minutes is in the Ohn'Ahran Plains at /way 52.67, 49.68.
Just kill the Thunder Lizards all the way around the small hill. Once you made it back to the point of your arrival the ones there will have re spawned.

Big thanks to Selbink-Area52, Sayerel-Area52, Jurvicious-WyrmestAccord and Trauk-Blackrock for helping find the spawn locations of all these mobs and massively cut down on skinning time by grouping up.

The Elusive mobs needed for this achieve can be spawned by using [item=193906]. In order to get the non-rare version of mobs to spawn you must have at least 20 knowledge spent in [profession-trait=34758]. If you go up to 40 then you'll be able to spawn rare mobs in certain specific locations as well so if you intend to drop bait in those spots for this achieve then you should wait to put in your 40th point but since you can spawn the non-rare versions in many locations there's no real reason to wait. As for which mobs spawn where, there seemed to be no real rhyme or reason to it. We expected the same rules as the rare mobs (placing a bait near a crystalspine would spawn an Elusive Crystalspine) but it seemed to pick any mob type native to that zone for the non-rare versions needed for this achieve. We got plenty of duplicates in the process and I can't give better advice then to just keep using bait and hope for good RNG. If you're close to having 15 and haven;t been to Zaralek I would try going there since there are 10 Elusive types native to Zaralek so your chances of getting one will be good.

Below I've included a list of the 15 we killed. It should be noted that these are not the only locations for these mobs to spawn, and other mobs can spawn in their places as well. Including coordinates just so people can try the areas that worked for us. Also keep in mind you only need 15, not all of them.

Do not use bait at the crossed out coordinates if you have 40 points in [profession-trait=34758]. Anywhere nearby (or anywhere in the zone) should be good enough to get these mobs to spawn, but if you drop bait at the bolded locations you'll get the rare version and waste a bait/put it on CD. Thanks to Bambiprsi for pointing that out. If you have between 20 and 39 knowledge in that trait you can drop the bait there without issue and can still copy the command normally.

You don't have to be the one to spawn the Elusive to get credit, but do need to be on a skinner. If you have friends working on these achieves I'd recommend grouping up since you can do multiple summons before having to skin if you do so.

I'd recommend if you have enough knowledge to spare you put 40 points in [profession-trait=34759] as well at least 35 in [profession-trait=34758] to reduce the CD of the bait by 20 minutes each time you skin a mob. To reduce the CD we would do mass skinning after all our baits were on CD. Any mob that isn't the "baby version" of a mob type will give the CDR but those lesser mobs won't so you can skip them if you like.
