Blizzard's less than subtle way of telling people to roll more Troll Rogues.

If you are one of the listed race/class combo, you can use the petal on yourself.

Soloing the achievement
(except Orc Death Knight, see below)

You can easily "solo" this achievement by creating temporary level-1 alts of any needed race-class combo. You will be basically throwing petals at your own toons. How do you do that?

1. 
   
2. Launch WoW and create the new temporary level-1 alt, then logout
3. 
   
4. Login with your main toon and fly/travel to your level-1 alt location, then logout (don't Alt-F4, don't Quit)
5. 
   
6. Launch another WoW session, login and select you new temporary level-1 alt
7. 
   
8. Go back to your 1st WoW session and login again, selecting your main toon. You will see your alt in front of you for 15 seconds, so be quick and throw the petals.

This is a small variation from the usual Alt+F4 trick and I find it better because you can use the full 15 seconds when swapping toons. Just few small notes to make it work like a charm:

• When you create the level-1 alt, move it a little far from the starting point to avoid level 85/90 guards when you land with your main
• 
  
• Memorize the exact point where you logout your level-1 alt, so you can bring your main in the exact position and avoid wasting time to cast your petals. Just logout near a specific building, tree, whatever
• 
  
• Blood Elf Mage will be tricky because you cannot fly in that world area, forcing you to run up to the starting zone. If you don't have good tricks to avoid guards be prepared to die 1-2 times.

Orc Death Knight
(alt money trick)

DK's start in a phased area so... you can't use this trick. But if you're not short of money there is another "typical" trick that will work fine. Go in any capital city, enter the /trade chat and type something like this:

"Looking for a Orc DK player alt (achievement needed). Will pay 100G for your time, can meet me at Dalaran fountain"

I offered 100G and got 3 whispers in less than a minute. Needless to say that spamming without offering money gave me zero results, but that really depends on your realm population. Offering money for a simple alt-switch will surely attract someone. Just keep in mind that farming 100G will take far less time than running around like a headless chicken trying to spot that damned Orc DK ;-)
