How to get:
1) Use Crown Chemical Co dungeon LFG.
2) Get epic neck ( list: [spell=171615] in 2015 they are 635 ilvl) from boss fight. 100% drop, but will get only 1 for 5 ppl.
3) Use neckPS. can spam dungeon or trade necklace after use.
