This achievement requires buying five schematics for your Gob-Trotter dirigible from Reno Jackson in Dornogal.
The schematics only cost 10 resonance crystals each, but are locked behind your warband's Season 2 Delver's Journey progress. I was able to buy the last schematic (Green) at progress level 6.
