This was broken earlier so if you completed all the requirments you never got [item=222980]. Blizz have fixed this an you should now have the pet in your journal. The achievment though I can't find. We may need to do it on an alt to get that.

Did the quest line on an alt, completed the Grand, Gutsy Solutions and got the [item=222980] (which I cannot use as I already have [npc=223138] ), but no achievement.
