bugged, i just full cleared Heroic Amirdrassil and did not get this achievement. got the normal one though.

bugged, Open a ticket and the awnser was..
"I can fully comprehend how it feels to encounter an issue that prevents you from fully enjoying your experience. The issue preventing some Amirdrassil bosses from tracking correctly for Heroic: Awakened Flames has been resolved. Going forward, defeated bosses should track correctly for anyone who kills them.
We had believed that the achievement would be granted retroactively, but the fix did not work as intended. We still investigating in the hopes of fixing the issue for players who had completed these bosses, but in the event we are unable to resolve it, running the bosses in the next Awakened Amirdrassil rotation should fix the issue. For now, we cannot provide a workaround or alternate resolution for this issue."
