Because this and its respective sub-achievements are Feats of Strength, they will be hidden in the achievement pane until they are completed. The sub-achievements aren't account-wide, so you must kill all bosses within a singular raid on one character. If this is truly account-wide progress as indicated, you should be able to use three separate characters to complete it if you choose.
Completing all 3 Fated Raids in Dragonflight Season 4 awards the [item=217340] mount.
If you've played during Shadowlands Season 4, Fated Raids will probably be familiar to you.
In Dragonflight Season 4 they aren't really called "Fated" but rather "Awakened".The meta-achievement Awakening the Dragonflight Raids requires players to complete all 3 Awakeend raids on Normal difficulty or higher for the [item=217340] mount.
