It's Always in the Last Place You Look

Each of the races are different tiers in the new profession archaeology. Fragments are surveyed at dig sites that correspond to their respectable race.

• Fossil dig-sites are found only in Eastern Kingdoms and Kalimdor. None spawn in Outland or Northrend.

• Troll dig-sites are found most commonly in Eastern Kingdoms. Spawns in Northrend are common. Spawns in Kalimdor are rare and none spawn in Outland.
• 
  
• Night Elf dig-sites are found most commonly in Kalimdor. Rarely spawns in Vashj'ir, Eastern Plaguelands, Duskwood in the Eastern Kingdoms. Spawns in Northrend are rare and none spawn in Outland.
• 
  
• Dwarf dig-sites are found most commonly in Eastern Kingdoms. Spawns in Kalimdor are very rare and none spawn in Northrend or Outland.
• 
  
• Orc dig-sites are found only in Outland. None spawn in Eastern Kingdoms, Kalimdor, or Northrend.
• 
  
• Draenei dig-sites are found only in Outland. None spawn in Eastern Kingdoms, Kalimdor, or Northrend.

• Nerubian Obelisk dig-sites are found only in Northrend. None spawn in Eastern Kingdoms, Kalimdor, or Outland.

• Vrykul dig-sites are found only in Northrend. None spawn in Eastern Kingdoms, Kalimdor, or Outland.

• Tol'vir dig-sites are found only in Uldum in Kalimdor. None spawn in Eastern Kingdoms, Northrend, or Outland.

Of course it's always in the last place you look, you wouldn't keep looking after you found it!

I have gotten this achievement, and maxed out to 525, but as I look at the races on my Archeology tab, I notice there are 10, and only 9 count toward the achievement. The one I see greyed out looks like a guy wearing a fishing hat wielding a pickaxe and a shovel... It's to the right of the Vrykul picture. What is this?
