I was also able to buy additional copies from the vendor(s) in capital cities[npc=261231] (Alliance) will sell it for 1200 Gold if you are Exalted with Exodar
[npc=261262] (Horde) will sell it for 1200 Gold if you are Exalted with Bilgewater Cartel
