Oh God. I thought I'd never have to experience this nightmare again..

This is actually spectacularly easy to do because there are only 3 flags.

Use preform AV enabler to get 10 people in, or just queue as 5 people and hope the 5 randoms follow instructions.

Cap your closest base (Mine or Lighthouse) before the opposing team captures theirs. Use whatever abilities - rocket boots, blink, heroic leap, whatever, to do this.

If you successfully do this (assuming the opposing team actually taps their flag just after you tap yours), you will start with a 10-0 lead and both teams will then be going up at the same rate. At this point, just leave the waterworks uncapped for the entire battle and sit on it. Defend your flag and don't cap waterworks or the opposing team's flag, and you will eventually end with a 2000-1990 score. This should be easy to accomplish with a premade, it'll just take time for the battle to end.
