For anyone stressing about the rep grind: once you hit Luminary rank with a faction, it is permanently locked. Your reputation will not drop below this threshold even if you lose favor.

This means you can safely pick the decreasing reputation(s) option in the weekly quest to boost the one you need. You won't lose your rank or your checkmark on your achievement, making it much faster to wrap up the remaining grind.

If you want to maximize rep gains, I have done this simple math (correct me if I am wrong):

And the fact you will get 100 rep for a specific sub-faction of your choice with the extra [item=238987], which can be used to counter rep loss (i.e. Lovely Plumage) on an upcoming week.

You must select one out of these 4 situations:

• +125 +100 -100 +(4 x 100) = +525 + 300 from the runestone quest (like Fortify the Runestones: Blood Knights)

Selecting the choice with the extra [item=238987] and using the 100 rep per coin to compensate for the rep loss during the next weeks should be the best strategy consistently.

Each faction has 6 levels (see [faction=2713]) requiring 500 points each, 2500 points required to max each out of them.

I have the Blood Knights ticket automatically without having gained any reputation with them.

Playing on a blood elf paladin that I have since BC - he did the old tabard quest and all. But I can't seem to find any related achievement in the feats of strength/legacy tabs.

Can someone confirm if blood elf palas get to skip the blood knight rep automatically - or if this might only apply to those that have been around since BC?
(Or if it's a bug in general...)
