Love is in the Lair

Just before the boss' room you'll find two interactable items at these locations. You'll want to bring them to the boss room and use the extra action buttons to throw them at their respective bosses. The Anub'arash Plushy gets thrown at Anub'arash giving him the [spell=458562] buff and the Box of Candy gets thrown at Skeinskinner Takazj giving him the [spell=458779] buff. Once they have these buffs you can pull the boss.

Once you pull the only actual change is that you can no longer stack the bosses up, as this will cause them to heal for roughly 1% of the health per second. Some of the overlaps of the fight will force them together like Anub'arash's charge or the pull in effect from Takazj but it should only take a few seconds for your tanks to split them back up. It also appears that they get some amount of healing from being "stacked" when one of them is gone during the intermission phases which is unavoidable as far as we can tell.

Otherwise just kill the fight like normal.

Just a heads-up, if you accidentally go into combat before the Boss fight because of Trash Mobs you will lose the Plushie or Box of Candy buff. If that happens then just wait for 1-2 minutes, they’ll respawn right where you picked them up.

You need 2 items for this
When you enter the crossroads area before the bosses at the bottom of the staircase to the left on the railing there is a "box of candy", pick it up
And at the entrance of the path to Ky'veza on the left side of the door frame there is a "Anub'arash Plushy", pick that up as well

Then simply throw the plushy at Anub'arash and the box of candy at Takazj, you can't do it in combat so do this before you pull
Now just kill the boss which is considerably harder than usually because when the bosses are close to each other they heal 1% of their hp per sec
