Below is a full list for all the BOP mats you need for each Tool of the Trade.

For all the crafts you will need also 10x [item=152668] which can be obtained by scraping BFA gear.

ALCHEMY - [item=156631]

- [item=168146] from Priestess Alun'za in [zone=9028].
- [item=168144] from [npc=133432] and [npc=133430] in [zone=8064]. They are trash mobs.
- [item=168145] from [npc=127484] in [zone=9327].
- [item=168143]. Drops from various trash mobs in [zone=9424] like [npc=135474].

- You need to craft a [item=162519]. It requires 3-5x [item=152668] and 1x [item=162460].
In order to get [item=162460] for the [item=162519], you need to craft it with Aqueous Dilution using 1x [item=165948] which drops from final bosses of BFA dungeons on MYTHIC difficulty.
*[item=162460] used to drop instead of [item=165948] but it's not anymore. So don't get confused by its wowhead page.

BLACKSMITHING - [item=152839]

- [item=168136] from [npc=129227] in [zone=8064].
- [item=168135] from [npc=134005] and [npc=130635] in [zone=8064]. They are trash mobs before [npc=129227]. You need 30. Spam it on normal and you will be done after 4 (semi) runs since there are 9 of them.

ENCHANTING - [item=164766]

- [item=168140] from any of the 6 world bosses in the original BFA zones. Note that Hailstone Construct drops [item=168141] and you have to wait 24 hours to get your [item=168140].

LEATHERWORKING - [item=164978]

- [item=168139] from [npc=143577] in [zone=9028]. You need 4. Farm them on normal.
- [item=168138] from BFA rares. You need 15. Best suggestion from the top rated comments is [npc=129343] (/way #862 49.8 57.6) because it takes 1 minute to respawn so it is always up.
*You can loot 1x [item=168138] every 15 minutes of the clock. Once you loot it you cannot loot again until the game's clock dings XX:00, XX;15, XX:30 or XX:45.
For example if you loot one at 4:12, then you can loot again at 4:15+ but the next one can be at 4:30+.

Thought I’d make a very quick summary for those, like me, that couldn't remember the basics of getting these.

For this achievement, you must obtain all the tools of the trade introduced for the primary professions in BFA.

There are 8 tools in total - one for each profession excluding herbalism, mining and skinning.

Each of the tools needs to be crafted by yourself, but achievement is account-wide so use alts.

You obtain the pattern for the tool from the end of a short questline.

Each questline starts from the respective profession trainer in your faction’s BFA capital city.

You can only start the questline once you have reached 150 skill in that profession.

Each tool requires several BoP 'drop' items plus some crafted/crafting reagents to make.

I suggest completing the questline first, then looking up the items required to make the tool. The questline lengths vary from 10 minutes for some to up to an hour for others.

Generally, the longest part of making the tool, is getting the 10x Expulsom, as you need to scrap around 50-100 items at the scrapper to get the Expulsom.

I suggest crafting either the BFA tailoring wrists or BFA leatherworking wrists on a character with those professions, after buying materials off the AH, then scrapping these.

If you are looking for an easy way to track how many of which materials you need in-game, Profession Shopping List may be for you. You can manually track recipes, or use /psl [achievement] to track all the recipes required for the linked achievement.

The addon will calculate all the necessary reagents and show you how many of them you already have. You can also Ctrl+Click any reagent that can be crafted itself (i.e. Bronze Bar) to track the recipe for that as well.
