Nation of Adoration

To get the Lovely Charms you need to kill mobs that would give you experience (green or higher when you look at their level). You do not have to loot to get the charms. They will automatically appear in your inventory as long as you have the Lovely Charms Collector's Kit in your bag. These are not 100% drop rate, so it may take a little while to gather them. Once you get ten charms, right click on the item in your back and you will receive a Lovely Charm Bracelet. These do not stack, so it is best to not make them in advance if you need to save bag space, as the charms themselves stack to 40. Just make them right before you give them to the capital leader. To save on travel time, collect at least 40 charms before you pick up the quests so you can turn them in as soon as you pick up the quests.

To find the quest giver in each capital: Look for Kwee Q. Peddlefeet. He's a floating goblin.

Ironforge: Outside bank in the Commons (62:74). Gives you A Gift for the Lord of Ironforge.
Turn in to Muradin Bronzebeard(40:55) in The High Seat southwest of the Great Forge.
Stormwind: Outside the bank in Trade District. (62:74). Gives you A Gift for the King of Stormwind.
Turn in to King Varian Wrynn (85.6:31.8) in Stormwind Keep.
Darnassas: On a small island just south of the bank. Bridge is east of the bridge to Temple of the Moon. (45:57). Gives you A Gift for the High Priestess of Elune.
Turn in to Tyrande Whisperwind (43:79) Temple of the Moon.
The Exodar: From inside The Exodar, take the exit to the east. Once you leave the building, turn right. (73:57). Gives you A Gift for the Prophet.
Turn in to Prophet Velen (32.6:54.6) in the northern wing of the Vault of Lights.

Here's an optimized path for 9.0.2! This assumes you are a class that doesn't have a bunch of handy teleports.

1) Start at Exodar. Go pick up the "Gift for the Prophet" quest at front entrance of the building. DO NOT GO BACK INTO EXODAR TO TURN IN.
2) Run to the west coast of Azuremyst to the portal to Darnassus. This will take you either to Darkshore (just ask the npc to put you back to old Darkshore, then make your way to Darnassus) or Rut'theran Village. Make your way to Darnassus.
3) Pick up the "A Gift for the High Priestess of Elune", and turn it in with Tyrande. Under her, there are portals to Hellfire Peninsula and the Exodar. Take the Exodar portal.
4) NOW turn in "Gift for the Prophet", as Velen is close by. Take the Stormwind Portal after.
5) If you have the Boralus portal room unlocked, take the Boralus portal to Ironforge. Pick up and turn in "A Gift for the Lord of Ironforge".
6) Fly/Deeprun Tram/Stormwind Cloak your way back to SW to do "A Gift for the King of Stormwind".

If you DON'T have the Boralus portal room unlocked for whatever reason, pick up and turn in "A Gift for the King of Stormwind" first, then head into the Deeprun Tram to turn in the Ironforge quests.

If you are also planning to work on "Crushing the Crown", doing this right after you do the IF quests is better as you are closer to those areas. Alternatively, if Alliance has control over the Arathi Basin and you have the portal unlocked, you can take that portal BEFORE going to Ironforge to the "Crushing the Crown" zone, then taking the same portal back to Boralus to continue the rest of the quest.

Hope this helped lol

For 2010 all you need to do is get a Lovely Charm Bracelet.
(To get bracelet you need to grind some mobs and collect 10 Lovely Charms. To collect the charms you must have the Lovely Charms Collector's Kit from quest giver.)

Pick up the quest from npc in the faction city (IF, SW, Exodar and Darnassus) and turn in at the cities leader.

For me it was easy to go grind a bunch of Lovely Charm Bracelet's then travel to each city, much faster.
