You gain one of these buff randomly by visiting (clicking on) a [object=222776] on the Timeless Isle. I count at least 10 shrines scattered around the base level of the isle. Those shrines aren't active all the time, once someone use one it turns inacitve for 10 minutes. The buffs cannot be stacked, once you touch a new shrine while still under the effect of a previous one the new buff will overwrite the older one.

Sometimes you won't get any buff but a warning about Ordos has corrupted the actual shrine. It's the "you lose" card, nothing to do with it just move along and find another one.

After someone clicks a shrine, it takes 10 minutes to be available to click again. If a shrine isn't sparkling when you get to it, just wait a few minutes.

As of server restarts 17 Sept, 2013 the recharge on the shrines is 5 min, down from 10.

If you log out on the isle with a buff you will not lose it, only leaving the isle will remove your buff.

Also, the Celestial boss that is up in the Celestial Court influence the chance of what buff you will receive, you can obtain all of the others with multiple tries. Something to keep in mind.
