this is an extremely hard achievement to get, but in 4.3 they are thinking of adding a title and tabard to this achieve. the title is supposed to be <name> the firelords demise and the tabard gives hyjal rep and teleports the wearer to the entrance of firelandz or molten core. as for appearence, its going to look like a spiked hammer being thrust into a pool of lava

edit: the tabard will not tele u to molten core unless you are wearing the ledgendary hammer
