These are confirmed to be Boss Drops from the First 3 Mists of Pandaria raids, Mogu'shan Vaults, Heart of Fear, and Terrace of Endless Springs, with a "not too bad" droprate.

Raid size (10 v 25) and Difficulty (LFR v Normal v Heroic) should not have any effect on drops or chances to drop for these pets.

12.X.X? Mists of Pandaria part 2 Electric Boogaloo (Throne of Thunder and Siege of Orgrimmar)? - This might be the end, three full expansions without a new raiding with leashes and nothing in the 12.X.X release cycle (and PTR) sofar, but unlikely at this point, and getting more unlikely as more time goes by.

Just to give an idea of how drop rates might be, here are the results for all the runs I did on the PTR (20 per raid, covering every difficulty).

Side Note: Out of the 20 runs through HoF, not once did I get the Ravenous Prideling (which was last one I needed for achievement). Hopefully others will have better luck.
