It may depend on your reknown. I've gotten like 300 bonus spoils if I run around a lot. 15 per small chest, 50 per large chest (on a T5 -- it's 3 and 10 on a T1). I haven't seen a "treasure pile" yet, even though my reknown says I should. You can also get 40-60 T5 (8-12 T1) spoils for the rares and rare elites, plus the 500 base. On a T5 with 8 affixes, I've gotten like 2075 spoils, which is about 975 before accounting for the +113% bonus for 8 affixes.
The Broken Throne ritual site is in the south end of Zul'Aman.
