Easy achievement. Embers slowly dissipate when you kill npc's empowered by it. Simply skip a few trash packs near the Ember Flames and the achievement is yours.
It will not pop before the final boss of the Ritual Site is killed.

Disrupt any Ritual Site on Tier 5 with the Embers challenge present with at least 1 ember still active.

Also, just for those who are lazy like I am: I thought killing none of the embers would be fine (it turned out ok, but still). Leaving all the embers up will make the endboss do 60% more damage (and healing?) so beware if you're doing this on a character with lower ilvl.
