DO NOT ATTEMPT this solo/alone.
I just tried this achievement solo, and you do not get credit if you are alone. Clearly Blizzard intended this to be done in a full group of 5 people.
The book is right on the left of the room when you enter. If you move with the buff you will get a run"fear" buff and run straight for 5 seconds. You can use abilities or change direction when having this autowalk. Fairly easy. Just don't start the boss before everyone has the debuff. Im uncertain if you can still click the book after engaging, or receive the buff.

blizzard really needs to change the "all party/raid members" to actually mean ALL of them and not the maximum possible amount.. if there is just one guy in the party then "all the party members" should be just that guy
As of Shadowlands it's still not soloable
