Easy Solo for Level 120 Battle for Azeroth and Beyond...

1. Mythic Difficulty.

2. Clear trash in the room.

3. Mark each Budding Flower so you can see them easily during fight. There are four of them in the room and they are on the edge, 2 on each side, spaced well apart from each other.

4. Begin fight, if you have a pet keep the boss aggroed to the pet so you don't take as much damage, but don't kill boss.

5. Eventually Fulminating Lasher's will spawn, make sure you quickly get to and stand on a Budding Flower, so that when the Lasher's arrive they start fulminating on the Budding Flower.

6. With a Budding Flower fulminated, you will see that it has bloomed into a flower.

7. Rinse & repeat another 3 times until all four Budding Flowers are "fulminated".

8. Nuke Boss.

9. ?

10. Profit. Achievement Completed.

For this Achievement, you need people who are fixated by Fulminating Lashers to stand on top of Budding Seeds and let the Lashers explode there...

Budding Seeds can be found on the edges of the room, near the walls...

After you had people do that in the first flower phase, just burn the boss down, and that's it.

Just did this achievement solo as of 8.1.5, as a 120 warrior. Here is how I did it:

Marked Budding Seeds, aggro'd boss and waited for fulminating lashers to spawn. I stood by the buds as the fulminating lashers spawn and waited for them to get close to me. When they reached me, they used their ability called "Floral Fulmination" which is a small AOE explosion (hence the name of achievement) and turned the budding seed into a flower instantly. Note that if the budding seed hasn't changed visibly into a small flower, it isn't fulminated. The fulminating lashers spawn once every 30 seconds or so (I haven't timed it), which means you'll have to wait for at least 4 of them to spawn to complete this achievement. Also you might get gripped across the room a few seconds after the fulminating lasher spawns, so make sure to use a movement ability to get back beside the seed before the fulminating lasher finishes it's fixation.
