This workaround is no longer working with Blizzard's own attempt to fix it with the release of 11.2.7 (2025, December 2nd)
When you encounter issues with the Energy Thrusters part of this achievement, its criteria is assigned to the wrong schematic (as of September 10th, 2025). Most people won't notice because they purchased and learned the other schematic a while ago, but if you haven't, learning [item=230219] should do the trick until they fix this with 11.2.7. (probably a copy&paste and they forgot to change one criteria for the new season)From the comments:
If that Balloon schematic is no longer available because you learned that Xmog in the past, you may have to log through more characters (played in S2 or S3) to trigger the achievement. Good luck!

Blizzard thats really a shame you cant fix a simple achievement.
