For those wondering why Lady Irisse or Magister Garuhod aren't offering their quests for "A Rather Long Walk" and "Crumbled Palace Cocktails" - you need to complete the main story quests in Azsuna up to Prince Farondis. Once you turn that in, they should offer the quests
For Challiane Vineyards, go to 47.41, 12.61 and the NPC called Cellarman Voodani will spawn and offer you the quest.
