By FAR the easiest way to do this is to wait for The Dread Pit story ''Smashing Skardyn'' to be up, as it has no webs/eggs but still triggers the achievement, making it impossible to fail.
As of writing this today it's currently up in EU, so go get it!

Successfully complete a Nerubian delve without spawning ambushers from Nerubian Webs or taking damage from Nerubian Eggs on Tier 8 or higher.

Now I know the reason the achiev fails. If Brann touch one of these webs it fails. If you hear him saying 'Those webs will summon nerubians. Dont stand in them', the achiev automatically fails. Sometimes is not you, he touches one of them while fighting and says that line then the achiev fails. Its something you cant even control because he moves a lot when he fights. It should be fixed by Blizzard.
If you're unsure if you failed or not, track the achievement and if it's still green, you're good still.
