Terror of the Tadpoles

Easy way to cheese this achievement:
Step 1. Unlock flying via Battle for Azeroth Pathfinder, Part 1 & Part 2.
Step 2. Purchase or create Monel-Hardened Stirrups via auction house or blacksmithing.
Step 3. Purchase or create Comfortable Rider's Barding via auction house or leatherworking and equip the mount equipment to prevent daze. This is optional but super handy.
Step 4. Now use the Monel-Hardened Stirrups, you have 2 hours to fly around and click on the baby murlocs until you've clicked 100. It makes this achievement a breeze!

Ugh. This achieve could be the worst in the game in 8.2, but bear with me!
So, the achieve is in Bloodfin Village (/way 31.4, 31.4) - Naz'jatar. You have to click on friendly [npc=152275]. Every time you scare a tadpole, 1-2 enemy [npc=152635] spawns in their place, and the general mob density is high in the area, their respawn is also fast. They don't hit terrribly hard, but it drastically slows you down if you have to frequently stop to kill them. They put you in combat immediately upon respawn. As of now, you can't do it in group, the tapping is not shared. It is slow. Pretty bad, right?
Not so much! As I was doing the achieve, halfway through I opened my bags to look for some consumables that could help. And this is when I noticed I have 5x [item=168099]. These come from [npc=152297]. So just farm some up before you go there to do the achieve, use the item, and LEEROY to the tadpoles, tap them and just hop around, don't bother to kill anything (have some gear, talent or azerite trait that passively heals you tho). The cast luckily is not interrupted when enemies hit you. Hopefully it stays this way.

TL;DR
1) Farm up some [item=168099]. 3-4 should be plenty enough. Some passive self healing is very handy, talent, trait, you won't be fighting.
2) Go to Bloodfin Vilalge in Naz'jatar. /way 31.4, 31.4
3) use the item and go wild. Tap the tadpoles, hop around. Don't bother to kill anything.

For anyone who is not aware - After you "shoo" around 25 tadpoles you will spawn the rare King Gakula. He will yell a few things before he spawns, what you want to look out for is "Gak! Mugllglgll! Gak!" which will be the final yell before his spawn.
