This is your Flying unlock Achievement for the Battle for Azeroth Expansion.
This will unlock Flying in Kul Tiras and Zandalar. (As well as the new Mechagon and Nazjatar zones, according to the April Polygon Interview with Ion Hazzikostas)
As with the previous expansion, the flying Part/Rank requires the previous Part to be completed.
Assuming you've previously completed Battle for Azeroth Pathfinder, Part One, this doesn't look supremely daunting. Time consuming, perhaps.
If you've not yet completed Battle for Azeroth Pathfinder, Part One, you've got a bit of a road ahead of you.[item=169162] is a mechanical bird/parrot mount. Gnomes. Don't ask.
The Reputation requirements are different, based on your faction.

The Exploration Achievements are the same regardless of faction.
The reputation criteria are listed above the Battle for Azeroth Pathfinder, Part One, Explore Nazjatar, and Explore Mechagon criteria and do not have an icon beside them in the achievement window in-game. It took me a while to notice them and made me think there was a discrepancy between the wowhead and in-game criteria, but they're right there at the top. Just easy to overlook.
