From farming the trash between the entrance, and Lord Marrowgar, you get 885 rep [on 10 man], if you take a rogue along to set off all the traps in a nicely controlled manner [on a side note, I feel useful as a rogue for the first time, instead of just as a DPS. It's awesome!]
You run in, kill all the trash, run out, reset the instance, then run back in.
42k rep is needed to go from Neutral -> Exalted. Along with the rep you get from turning in the quests for the rings, it will take you 47 trash runs, assuming the rogue isn't an r-tard and disarms anything.
Me and my guild have got it down to 15 mintues a run. Doing all 47 runs that fast, you're looking at about 12 hours grinding. A lot smaller than some previous grinds, with an awesome reward.
Kill mobs and do quests in Icecrown Citadel to gain reputation with The Ashen Verdict.
