Bugged for my guild as well. Two guild runs, all guild members, and not a single boss death awarded towards the achievement after both runs killed the first two bosses in 10 man.
This achievement seems to be bugged at the moment, we have killed 3 out of 4 of the bosses in Bastion of Twilight, on both 25 and 10 man, and both were full of guild members.
