I have the strage felling it does...either that or the Armory doesn't update kills ery fast. I have a few friends in my server's top 25m Raiding guild (Horde side), and on the armory it says their guild has the achieve, but when I looked at individual players (who I know are always in raid), it said they hadn't downed the last boss yet.
