I probably have missed few which I intend to edit them in later, but this should be a good start. Just note that some of the treasures are in caves (lots of them in Val'Sharah), inside a building, underwater or underground. It also seems that some treasures are affected by phasing and they might not be around until you have done certain quest(s).

Treasures within subzones:

•

• Two treasures at 41.0, 42.7 and at 40.5, 44,7 are inside the Black Rook Hold. The respective subzone coordinates for them are 50.8, 52.0 and 42.0, 88,7.
•
