Under the Echoes

Achieve is bugged and is not obtainable. Disabling addons makes no difference. It appears this achieve is being inadvertandly impacted by the surrounding WQ's in the area. So depending on which WQ's are up will dictate whether you will receive credit for doing either "Early cartel wars" or "Kaja'mite contact". The difficulty chosen makes no difference. People are conflating difficulty change with the fact that WQ's have changed or they completed a WQ, then changed the difficulty and got credit and so incorrectly assumed it was the difficulty change that was responsible when in reality it was due to a WQ completion or non-completion that was the true reason.

Edit: I have finally managed to get credit for "Kaja'mite contact" (20/04/25). Once again confirming that addons have nothing to do with this achievement. It would appear that the true issue is the WQ's in the area. It is unclear which WQ's cause an issue as I have not received credit in the past despite their NOT being any WQ's in the area. So it may be that you actually do need a particular WQ to be up before you will get credit.

You can't see the Worldsoul Memories while you are on the clock for Shipping & Handling contracts. In your car, use the button to "clock out" and the memory appears.

Didn't get credit for Kaja'mite Contact in either Radiant Discord or normal difficulty as of March 8th 2025.
Edit: Confirming Arcaya and Shredbull's experiences, I disabled addons and got the achievement. Even with the incredible lag I was experiencing on top of the Scrapchewer event.
