Bugged Feat of Strength that cant be viewed in the Feat of Strenth Overview, maybe because there is no subchapter for Delves yet. So it only shows up on the summary which will be overwritten quite fast.

One Delve + Story that I found was easy for this was Nightfall Sanctum when the variant is Signal Noise, which lets you move the dark bad circles into corners with the extra action button. Almost all the mobs are normal with only like 3 or 4 elites. Additionally, the mobs themselves are rather squishy, and have the chance to give up and run away rather than needing to be killed.
It's a Feat of Strength not an achievement, which is probably why you can't find it, and it doesn't have any reward. the "Immortal Spelunker" title is from completing an 11 with no deaths, this achievement is for completing an 8 with no deaths.
